CharmingChace was created by a mom with women of all ages in mind. Founded by a woman who was tired of trying to tame her unmanageable hair with less than cute looking accessories that didn't even match her little one. Along the way she found herself making glitter hair gel and thought "why should people have to purchase the colors I create when they can select their own custom colors each and every time". And that's where the Glitter Bar was born.
